EAST RIVER VALLEY SHARED USE TRAIL is clearing brush from the Rail Bed, which runs from Eureka to Sunny Brae. This is the first stage of creating a multi Shared-Use Trail running along the bank of the East River.
UPDATE - What is left to do. Re Bushing Trail
- Kennedy Hill to Sunny Brae @ 1/2 mile Mostly Alders tobe cut
- Glencoe Swimming Hole to Glencoe Hall @ 1/4 mile Alders & Thorn Bushes
- River Rd @ Springville Bridge to Old Dirt Bike Track River Rd @ 3/4 mile
- Eureka Ball Field to River in Island East River @ 1-3/4 miles
WE need VOLUNTEERS to come out and help complete this. There are several groups waiting for this to get brushed so they can travel to do their survey so that we get get our paper work done for funding
